It is my pleasure to announce the opening of our Central Regional Office located in Minneapolis, MN, and the addition of David Bares, Regional Vice President, for Mansfield & Associates, Executive Search Business Segment.

Before joining Mansfield & Associates, David worked at Best Buy Corporate as Manager of Executive Talent Acquisition where he built an internal executive search group dedicated to reducing external recruiting fees while increasing the quality of hires.  He worked on more than 45 Officer searches and saved the company more than $500,000 in search fees.  Before Best Buy, David was a Senior Associate in Korn/Ferry International’s Minneapolis office specializing in Financial Services, Industrial, Legal and as a member of the firm’s Financial Officers’ Practice.  He also has five years of legal recruiting experience for a boutique firm providing executive search serves to mid-sized privately held companies.
