The Human Exchange Foundation and HLMDI have made general agreements for collaborations in the areas of "rural health" and "Food Security"

The preliminary 9 month long pre-planning has brought promises for a US-Hungarian partnership focusing on job creation with a focus on farming and processing insects for protein extraction purposes

HLMDI partner Mrs.Zsofia Pasztor from Farmer Frog which is a non profit based in Seattle has been a part of the pre-planning procedures. She has brought the project to the attention of Dr.Badshah Chief Catalyst at Catalytic Innovators Group  at Bothel , Washington University.

The Catalytic Innovators Group is a Social Innovation Accelerator with which preliminary conversations have begun regarding a Seattle based Hungarian American platform for sharing innovative ideas , tangible and assets helping social innovators and entrepreneurs

Dr.Badshah appraised the social value of the "insects for protein" project , considering it as great candidate for showing how the would be platform may help the participants on both ends

The sides will be meeting late November this year

The project has also been a participant of the Ohio-Pecs Simonyi Summer program 2016 and a winner of the Social Impact Certificate for best idea.
